Football Frenzy (not to be confused with the 1980's computer game of the same name) is a 2D belt-scrolling American-football game developed and released by SNK for arcades (using Neo Geo MVS hardware) on January 31, 1992.

SNK's second game of the sport (after the 1987 game Touch Down Fever), Football Frenzy is played in a side-scrolling perspective similar to Tecmo Bowl and High Impact Football. Much of the rules of American football are present, although it uses a roster of 10 fictional teams in a fantasy league.

The game was later released on the Neo Geo AES on February 21, 1992 and ported to the Neo Geo CD (as a launch title) in Japan on September 9, 1994. It was later digitally re-released as part of HAMSTER's ACA NeoGeo series for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch on August 30, 2018, with a later release for the PC on June 21, 2019.

Football Frenzy can be played by one or two players. Characters movements are controlled with an eight-way joystick. Actions like hiking the ball, kicking, and speeding up the player's run are all controlled by the A button; the B,C,and D buttons pass the ball to other characters who are designated by those buttons. Players select a play from a wide selection of running, passing, or kicking plays, which are then executed with help from the AI. Just like regular football, the offensive team attempts to take the ball to their opponent's end zone, while the defensive team guards their end zone and attempts to take over control of the ball. The player with the most points after a set time period wins.
