Yumimi Mix is an anime-styled graphic adventure game for the Sega CD later ported to the Sega Saturn with a few extras as Yumimi Mix Remix. The game offers multiple choice prompts at various points during the narrative, the answers to which drive the plot forward in one or more directions. Some of these prompts exist only to set up punchlines.
The story concerns a regular Japanese schoolgirl, Yumimi Yoshizawa, as she finds herself embroiled in a bizarre scenario after a magic horse possesses her body after falling through a portal into our world. Along with her friends Sakurako Sakurazaki and Shinichi Matsuzaki, Yumimi must balance these new developments with her already chaotic school life.
