Similarity to Minecraft

The gameplay and design, as well as the name, are similar to the highly popular Minecraft, provoking some fans to question the legality of the game. However, both Minecraft and Dwarf Fortress are credited as influences to the game's style and name, and Carl Manneh, Managing Director of Minecraft, stated through Twitter that FortressCraft is not infringing on any rights held by Mojang AB.
