This compilation is part four in the Amiga Classix-series. There are 127 full version Amiga games and 66 additional Amiga Demos in this issue. Since those games aren't ports, an emulator (UAE) is included too.
Players can select games by the genre they are interested in (Action, Adventure, Arcade, Sports, and Strategy & Sim; or Demo). Selecting a game will display screenshots and basic info (Year, Company, Web Link, and Manual) about the particular game, and up to two buttons to start the game (mouse/keyboard or mouse/joystick).
Emulated are not just the games themselves, but also the actual loading times and the sounds from the disk drives while reading or writing. Copy protections are nearly completely removed, just three out of the 127 games still have them in place.

In-game actions are indicated by scrolling circle icons. Red circles indicate hitting the center of the drum, while blue circles require the player to hit the edge. On big circles, the player can hit both center or edge sensors for bonus points. Finally, yellow lines and balloons require the player to perform drum rolls.
The game comes with a varied set of tunes: from covered pop hits like Material Girl and ABC to music from other Namco games such as Katamari Damacy and Dragon Spirit and even television theme songs. Alexander is an RTS based on the movie of the same same, and the real-life Alexander the Great. The game follows the same general path as the movie, and includes media straight from the film. Present in the game are Greek, Persian, Indian and Egyptian forces, with a campaign for each. The hybrid 2D/3D engine (2D units, 3D terrain - also used in Cossacks 2: Napoleonic Wars) allows for a very large number of troops on the field. This is used to good effect, as battles can easily contain hundreds of units. Finally, multiplayer and skirmish levels are available, and the soundtrack (of the game and the movie) is by the composer Vangelis.
