They Hunger is a single player horror mod for Half-Life developed by Black Widow Games. It is divided into three chapters, which were distributed on the internet over a span of three years. Current distributions of the game include all three chapters. They Hunger focuses on a small American town in the 1950s, where the player is an author that has moved to the town to get inspiration for his new book. The player is suddenly forced to fight for his life against zombies after a freak accident that forced his car into a lake. After fighting through the countryside, he manages to get to the small town but learns that it is overrun as well. However, he is captured by the evil sheriff and is nearly killed when a non-zombified police officer rescues him. The player then fights through the town and ends up at Dr. Franklin's Asylum, the nexus of the zombie outbreak. Deadlocked is different in its counterparts in that it focuses more on shooting than platforming and puzzle elements. The game allows you to use two bots to fight along side you, which can be upgraded over time with better weapons and firepower. There are 10 total weapons in the game, significantly less than the other games. However, modding these weapons is more emphasized than before, with different kinds of Alpha and Omega mods. Omega mods can be used on any weapon, and range from the freeze mod to the magma mod. Alpha mods are weapon-specific, and increase the rate of fire, ammo capacity, and power. XUMP is a puzzle game by Psilocybin Development. The game is simple but will keep you busy for hours, and thats a promise! The game consists of a 20x12 playfield which is filled with various types of blocks. Your job is to make the blue blocks disappear from the playfield by stepping on them. There are five main types of block, each of which behave differently. The first levels are for 'easy entertainment'. At first the levels are small, then get bigger and harder at each stage. Even if you do not read the instructions here, you should be able to handle the game when you start at level 1. To make everything a bit more tricky keep track of the time, but don't panic. If you solve a level without fault you will get a 'well done'. This 'well done' is worth one extra chance, otherwise you will just get a 'done' without any bonus.
