Sonic X Bowling is an online Flash game published on the 4Kids TV website by 4Kids Entertainment on 11 June 2005 to promote the then-airing anime series, Sonic X. It is a simple Sonic X-themed game of bowling. The game is based around the traditional ten-pin bowling game. Here, the player assumes control of Sonic on a bowling lane with ten bowling pins at the end. The player can send Sonic down the bowling lane as a curled-up ball so he can knock down the pins like an actual bowling ball. When having to roll Sonic, he will spin in one place while a blue arrow automatically swings left and right in front of him. When Sonic is then thrown, he will head in the direction that the arrow was pointing in at the time of the throw, before making a small turn in the opposite direction. How Sonic is aimed will determine the number of pins knocked down.

In War of the Worlds, the film based on the H.G. Wells novel of the same name, the focus is on mankind in a struggle against a strange alien invasion. In this take on it, however, the events are turned around as you command a tripod in its quest to exterminate all humans. In the thirteen levels, set in Osaka, London, New Jersey and apocalyptic wastelands, you guide the alien through side-scrolling levels, destroying anything in sight. You can move the tripod, as well as the main turret to target waves of enemies. Each level ends with a boss attack where you take on a giant tank, submarine or a flying bomber, or prevent a ferry from escaping with human passengers. Many events follow the movie, and the order of the locations is also kept intact. Although you will spend a lot of time fending off enemies, time is the most important factor. You are much stronger than your enemies, so they will often charge with kamikaze attacks to slow you down. Buildings will also prevent you from moving steadily, and these need to be

A follow-up to the Metal Max games, Metal Saga is set in the same post-apocalyptic world as its predecessors - a world populated by bounty hunters, rangers, bandits, and mutant monsters. You take the role of a bounty hunter who has to travel the world, looking for "wanted" people. Accompanied by a soldier, a mechanic, and a cyborg dog, the hero must survive a journey west that will ultimately take him to remote places and lead him to battles against evil. Metal Saga has a less linear story line that one would normally expect from a Japanese RPG - a story line that develops according to the missions you decide to take, which in their turn lead to new events and finally to different endings. The combat system features traditional party management and turn-based battles, with the addition of Metal Max's trademark tank combat. When you acquire tanks for your characters, you can use them in battles. Tanks get damaged and broken, but you will be able to customize them by finding parts scattered across the world and asse

There are four overall areas the player (as Lt. William Holt) will be sent to: France, North Africa, the Soviet Union and Belgium. Each area has a set of missions for the player to complete. While some objectives will be detailed from the start, exploration of the area will cause Holt to discover more missions. Each mission consists of five elements: a primary objective, secondary objectives, killing a German officer (Nemesis battle in the game), obtaining documents from the officer and escaping. If all are completed, a gold medallion will be given. Missing one or two will gain a silver or bronze. Most missions involve Holt fighting alongside allied NPCs and working towards a common objective, often based on historical events during WWII. However, as a member of the OSS, Holt also has secondary objectives for each level, including finding documents and eliminating important German officers, such as henchmen belonging to the antagonist Graf Von Schrader.

    PC (Microsoft Windows)
In Pranksters a city is plagued by rowdies which play pranks on innocent people. Now the player takes the role of a male or female kid to set things right. There are basically two goals per level: Drive away all rowdies and gather enough money for the bus. This is done by playing either nice tricks, e.g. washing off graffiti, or bad tricks, e.g. using a banana peel so someone slips. The usage of tricks influences the village's morale either positive or negative, when it gets too low the game is lost. To do tricks the player has to use and combine items he finds on the streets. These depend on the character's gender and are randomly distributed. When pranksters get a hand on the player they pummel him and he loses life energy.
