Legend tells of a pirate called Ali Gator whose treasure lies in a castle. You have gone to the castle to search for the treasure. It’s a simple exploration game where you wander around a maze of only 49 rooms, but there are many traps to catch you out. The game is quite a departure for Lankhor, who specialised in text adventures on the CPC – and they should have stuck to what they knew best. It’s written by Claude Le Moullec, who also wrote dozens of listings for French magazines, and in fact, it was originally intended to be a listing as well.
"Super Star Shooter" is a classic vertical-scrolling shooter game that combines nostalgic pixel art and high-speed combat. Control your spaceship and save the galaxy by defeating enemies one after another!
Zeta Force is a game that was bundled into the Electro Choice MGX arcade machine. The game was developed by Arcadia and released in 1990. Currently there is no information about the game online apart from a promotional poster mentioning the game, thus making it lost media.
The sequel of Black Sect remained confined to France on the Amstrad CPC. Like its predecessor it's a graphical adventure with a text parser, but unlike that game it did not benefit from an official remake, though a fanmade one exists under the name of "Black Sect 2: The Cursed Crypt".
Burger Man is a straight BurgerTime variant. In each of the one-screen levels the player needs to assemble a certain number of burgers. Each burger consists of four parts which lie on the platforms. The player needs to walk over those parts and then they fall down one level - when they meet another of the parts, it also falls down. A burger is done when all four parts are on the lowest level. The platforms are interconnected with ladders which are also the only way to evade the enemies which walk around the levels (the player character can't jump). Touching an enemy results in death
Sensitive is a puzzle game released in 1991 for the Commodore 64. The player controls a small square, navigating it across a grid of tiles. The challenge lies in the fact that some of the tiles disappear after being stepped on, and the objective is to reach the exit without falling off the grid. The game requires careful planning and strategic movement, as each level increases in difficulty with more complex tile patterns and obstacles. Its minimalistic yet challenging design paired with its great music has made Sensitive a memorable classic for C64 fans.
