Dungeon crawler RPG inspired by Wizardry and the Shin Megami Tensei series, among others. The game was made on RPG Maker 2000 and released originally in 2011 by Engawa. The story is set in a world ravaged by darkness where four adventurers (fully customizable, name, race protrait and job included) are tasked by the goddess Zofie to venture into the labyrinth carved into the great tree in order to restore order to the mortal realm.
The game features challenging gameplay with a classic-feeling battle system, speel charges rather than MP, and some first persona, tile-based, good old dungeon exploration.
Based on the cult role-playing world and developed by specialists in the genre, Vampire: The Masquerade – Swansong is a narrative RPG in which your every choice determines the fate of the three main characters and of the Boston Camarilla.
The Primogen Edition includes:
- Victoria Ash DLC
- Artifacts Pack
- Digital Soundtrack
Legends of Kesmai (LOK) was among the first successful graphical multi-player online role-playing games. It was based on a slightly stripped down version of Island of Kesmai with 2D sprites replacing IoK's roguelike pseudo-graphics, and was available for play at America Online and GameStorm. Prior to that, Kesmai corporation ran a long open beta for the game, as well as hosting the game for a short period of time in the mid 1990s. In 1999 Electronic Arts bought Kesmai and in 2000 closed the business.
This is a handheld port of the Playstation 2 game named Magna Carta: Tears of Blood. However unlike it's PS2 main version, this PSP port was only released in Japan.
Magna Carta: Tears of Blood is a Korean-made RPG in Japanese style, and a sequel to Phantom of Avalanche; it is set in the same world and has the same protagonist. The game's combat system is turn-based at core, but requires the player to press buttons in a rapid succession and with precise timing to execute attacks. The characters can store up energy to unleash a stronger attack later. Using the technique named Carta, they can also perform various special moves which are based on elemental affinities.
The iOS version was released in 2013 and is based on the GBA version of Tales of Phantasia. The version is free-to-play but is different from other versions in removing some save points and relying heavily on an in-app purchase system, with the English version using an orchestrated piece, much like the GBA version.
