Pikmin Garden is the official Pikmin section of Nintendo’s Japanese website. It contains various articles with information on the Pikmin series. The "Lets Try It" page provides various activities to do based around Pikmin. These activities include a piano roll video of the song sung by the Pikmin in Pikmin 4, printable coloring pages of Pikmin 3 and Pikmin 4 artwork, and both printable and video instructions to fold origami Red Pikmin, Yellow Pikmin, and Blue Pikmin.
On July 19th, 2024, the section was updated with the addition of Pikmin 100, a game playable directly on the website when viewed on smartphones. The game has only one input: a button on-screen with a whistle icon. Every time the button is tapped, a Pikmin appears on-screen, the number at the top of the screen increments by 1, and a group of children call out that number. The ultimate goal of the game, as its title suggests, is to summon a total of 100 Pikmin so they can all carry a Crimson Banquet.
Armed only with a bucket of paint and a six inch pure bristle painting brush, Banky Van Daime sets out to make the most of the Bank Holiday and paint his exquisite castle. Unfortunately his timing couldn't be worse. A malware attack at the local robot zoo has sent the AI Lions on a rampage, and they've found their way into the castle!
Not one to let a little problem like murderous lions get in the way of a good masonry paint job, Banky pushes on; occasionally spilling a little paint on the floor (which confuses the AI Lions and causes them to turn away)
Once a level (room) is complete and all walls are painted, Banky can move onto the next room. And then the next room. ad infinitum.
(Well, not exactly ad infinitum!)
The game features 10 Levels of a-mazing action! Can you beat them all?
An adaptation of Snake where your multi-segmented character represents a garden hose: move it about in four directions across the playfield, collect targets to proceed, and make sure to avoid your own tail and other barriers.
All targets ("faucets") shown on screen must be picked up before the timer runs out. In earlier levels you only get one at a time, but this later increases to two and three; if you take too long, a new set appears and your hose grows longer as punishment. Beat the clock three times to proceed to the next "yard", with an extra life ("spare hose") for your trouble. Later levels also set the "pressure valve" higher, which increases the timer's speed.
Two different level sets are included: in the "amateur" levels, movement controls behave as you'd expect, and you turn at right angles; the "professional" levels feature a pseudo-isometric scheme, where the vertical axis becomes diagonal, to make things trickier.
