star 6Lips: Number One Hits is a karaoke video game for the Xbox 360 console, and the follow-up to the 2008 title Lips. Like its predecessor, the game was developed by iNiS and published by Microsoft Game Studios. It was released on October 20, 2009 in North America and October 23 in Europe and received generally average reviews. Spin-offs of the game have also been released, including Lips: Deutsche Partyknaller and Lips: Canta en Español. Lips: Number One Hits features the use of motion-sensitive microphones, which is also compatible with other music video games such as The Beatles: Rock Band.[1] The game is sold separately, and in packages including one and two microphones. It is the second installment of the Gears of War series, with lead design by Cliff Bleszinski,. The game was officially released in North America, Europe and Australia on November 7, 2008 and was released in Japan on July 30, 2009. The game expands technically on the previous game by using a modified Unreal Engine 3 engine. The development team brought in comic book writer Joshua Ortega to help write the plot for the game. In Gears of War 2, the COG continues its fight against the Locust horde, who are attempting to sink all of the cities on the planet Sera. Sergeant Marcus Fenix leads Delta Squad into the depths of the planet to try to stop the Locust during the assault upon Locust territory. The player controls Fenix in the main mission campaign, with the ability to play cooperatively with a second player controlling Fenix's best friend and fellow SquCross Edge Dash

A Tetris-like game with a twist: the pieces are composed of 5 blocks (hence the title "Pentominon"), and they fall in a sort of sequencer that generates hypnotic musical loops as the players progress.
