The Game Boy Color version is a side-scrolling platform game unrelated to the other versions. The player controls Buzz, who can jump, run, and shoot his laser at enemies. It features 11 levels, including two bonus levels that can be accessed if the player collects all the coins located in certain levels. Because the Game Boy Color has only two action buttons, Buzz's running and jumping are both done through the B button. While standing motionless, the player can jump and move across gaps, whereas running is initiated by pressing the B button while moving. Gameplay is saved through a password feature

In Sylvanian Families: Otogi no Kuni no Pendant the player navigates Aster around Sylvania Village, talking to her acquaintances, interacting with objects and completing various tasks, whether she’s at home, school or at a friend’s house. Various mini-games must be won to earn seeds for growing flowers as well as furniture to decorate Aster’s bedroom. There’s also optional side quests such as sprinkling vividust on wilted flowers.

Ready 2 Rumble Boxing for Game Boy Color is the handheld adaptation of the 3D console game. It offers a selection of boxers and options of the original game, with simplified controls and 2D graphics.
Players choose one of the three original monsters to rescue. The player then uses the characters in the part of the world where the rescue is held. They work as a collective to break buildings, eat people, and destroy cars and this creates competition among players. When a player (literally) unlocks George, Lizzie, or Ralph, then they become playable characters. Once all the monsters are rescued, aliens begin to invade the earth, leaving the monsters the only ones who can save the planet they just helped partially destroy. After fending off the invasion on Earth, the monsters rescue Myukus (a cyclops-like alien) from Area 51 before chasing the aliens through space, destroying the aliens' bases throughout the Solar System and eventually rampaging through their homeworld.

Bomberman is on his way home when the engines on his ship are stolen. As a result, he must make an emergency landing on a strange planet. However, Bomberman is not traveling alone he's got all of the monsters he has captured on his adventures with him. After a rough crash landing, the monsters escaped. You must help Bomberman recapture the monsters and find his engines in order to return home. You'll travel to four different regions of the planet collecting bombs, finding items, and getting hints for how to proceed on your adventure. Along with the main quest a Two-Player mode is also included, in which you try to trap your opponent by setting bombs; the first person to be victimized by a bomb loses.

A training simulation game that raises hamsters and aims to become a breeder master. Select one of the three animals, "Shigecchi", "Boo-chan", and "Endo-kun", and raise and breed them based on the funds you have. If you participate in various competitions (cups), you will compete for the hamster's ability and cuteness. Up to 4 hamsters can be kept in one cage at the same time. Of course, it is compatible with communication cables and can print cute hamsters.
Disney's Beauty and the Beast: A Board Game Adventure is a game for the Game Boy Color. There are two modes of play. In the first you play on a big game board, where each square represents a Disney character. When you land on a square you play a mini-game against or inspired by him or her. For instance if you land on the square showing the inventor father you will have to play a game where his new log chopping device cuts firewood and he has to bounce it across the screen on a spring. These mini-games range from 2D platform game segments to memory or reflex games. There are a total of seven boards to play on. You can play with up to four players.
