With an ever-changing inventory updated from each player passed in public, character strengths and abilities can be greatly enhanced by accessing items from other players' games. Outside of the game, HEROES OF RUIN makes use of SpotPass to reward players with rare items or unique challenges through local Wi-Fi hotspots. The official HEROES OF RUIN community website will reward players further with daily challenges and quests available to complete in-game. It was released exclusively in Japan. Monster Hunter 4 saw an updated version, titled Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate (4G in Japan) released in Europe and North America. There is a stronger emphasis on platforming than previously; walls can now be climbed more fluidly and in any direction, and for the first time Hunters can grab onto monsters and attack them. Environment are larger and occupy more vertical space, and the Frenzy Virus mechanic makes many monsters more fearsome than ever. A demo has been released for Japanese 3DS's with the help of a code. In the demo you can play as Goku, Vegeta, Teen Gohan, and Buu. You can play on 5 stages. It was released on June 11, 2015 in Japan. On June 9, 2015, two days before the Japanese release, there were reports that the game was classified on June 4th, on the Australian ratings board, which hinted the localization of the game.
