While two children, Poke and Piki, are reading a story, a monstrous hand suddenly appears from inside the pages and kidnaps them. When the rest of the Dream Factory family hear their cries of help, they jump into the story and help save them from the evil Wart.
The game was released as part of the Yume Koujou '87 event (sometimes referred as Dream Machine, in English), which was sponsored by Fuji TV, and stars its mascots.
The game was edited and released as Super Mario Bros 2. Due to Nintendo of Japan feeling like their version of Super Mario Bros 2 would be too difficult and outdated by the time it got to the United States.
Reflect World is a shooter with RPG elements developed by East Cube and released for the Famicom Disk System.
Reflect World is a vehicle-based top-down shoot 'em up with a lot of RPG and simulation elements. The player controls a large and formidable tank as it makes its way across a wasteland, destroying enemies and tinkering with its many modes and functions. The game is extremely difficult to understand unless the player is knowledgeable in Japanese (the game was never released outside of Japan), the instruction manual or, preferably, both.
The game was developed and published by East Cube, an obscure Japanese developer that largely focused on Japanese computer games. Reflect World is the only game they ever released on a Nintendo console.
A young man's significant-other is kidnapped by an evil wizard. He must then tackle the four areas of the labyrinth temple of Dababa to rescue her.
In order to accomplish this task, the player cannot simple move across the floor. Rather, the player and all of the enemies hop from one square tile to another, throughout the game.

The second game in the Nazoler Land series of minigame compilations published by SunSoft for the Famicom Disk System.
Nazoler Land Dai-2-gou is the sequel to Nazoler Land Soukan-gou and is similarly a minigame connection with a magazine theme. It contains six minigames, rather than its predecessor's eight. A notable feature of this compilation is that all the minigames are represented as Famicom disks on the select screen, and once a game is chosen an animation shows the disk being loaded in the Famicom Disk System.
The minigames include:
Patalick
A panel-switching puzzle game that shares some similarities with Q*Bert (specifically, switching panel colors and the isometric perspective) but is far more cerebral and less active in nature. The goal is to use the shape-shifting protagonist (who transforms from an angel to a devil form) to switch all the panels on the screen to the same color, keeping in mind that every panel in a horizontal and vertical line will flip over.

Seiken Psycho Calibur is an adventure game for the Famicom Disk System, developed by Imagineer and published in 1987. It is part of the Wave Jack series of games produced by Imagineer that come with more accessories than the average video game, including a story book and audio cassette tape.
Seiken Psycho Calibur is, in many ways, an attempt to copy the success of The Legend of Zelda. However, it fails to inspire the same level of wonder and fascination. It also lacks a good degree of polish that made the afore mentioned title so great. Nevertheless, Seiken Psycho Calibur is a relatively fun game to play, as long as you have a fair degree of insight into how the game is played. There are some unintuitive aspects of the game that can make progress in the game quite difficult.
For example, you begin the game in a town which offers a variety of goods for sale, but you only receive so much money, and you can never return to the town once you leave. Therefore, what you decide to invest your money in has a substantial

You control a young witch who wanders throughout various parts of the kingdom. There are many animal inhabitants to interact with, some of which are good and some of which are evil. There are also a number of activities to perform and mini-games to play. Over time, the witch will request that certain activities be performed. If they are not performed within a certain time period, the player receives a penalty. Over time, the character's mood and strength will drop. If both of these are never restored and drop to zero, the game is over. This game was only released in Japan, and has never been translated into English.
An image puzzle game and the follow up to the original Kinetic Connection. It was developed by Tamtex and published by Irem for the Famicom Disk System.
Kinetic Connection Vol. 2 (or Monitor Puzzle Kineco: Kinetic Connection Vol. 2 to give it its full title) is a follow up to Tamtex's Kinetic Connection, featuring more animated pictures to craft from composite pieces similarly to a jigsaw puzzle. As with its forebear, the trick to Kinetic Connection Vol 2 is to closely observe the moving parts in each of the pieces as the animation goes through its loop in order to glean hints as to where each piece belongs.
Though very much simply more of the same, the new puzzles have some interesting ideas behind them. The hardest puzzle happens to be a Defender-like game that responds to the player's movements as they try to assemble the puzzle.

Otocky can be described as a musical side-scrolling shoot 'em up. The player's spaceship has a ball for a weapon, which can be fired in eight directions; each direction corresponds to a different musical note. The note plays when the player presses the fire button, and is also quantized in time so that it matches the beat playing in the background. By using the weapon selectively the player can improvise music while playing.
Nicol is a young genius who developed the technology to transport equipment across dimensions of space. News about this discovery spread throughout the galaxy, and now a menacing threat from a distant star system is determined to get their hands on that technology for their own purposes. To do that, a demon has kidnapped Nicol's girlfriend Stella, and is holding her captive until he gets the technology. She waits helplessly behind the demon's chamber, never giving up hope that her true love Nicol will come to save her.
As a result, Nicol decides to take on the entire invading alien race to save Stella, which means he must navigate a bunch of maze-like levels, collecting powerups and hitting switches to progress. Your goal in each stage is to collect three different diamonds to power your hovercraft to the next area, and many are, naturally, guarded by bosses.
