The Little Cars in the Great Race is a racing game, an adaptation of the 2006 Brazilian animated film of the same name which was produced by the studio Video Brinquedo. The player chooses one of the six anthropomorphic cars, and takes part in a five-lap race. There is only one track available in the game. Apart from driving, the cars can also jump in order to get over obstacles in the road. Pick-ups appear occasionally around the track, including a speed boost, an undesirable slowdown, and a "bubble" pickup whose function is unclear.
