The aim of this mod is to revamp Classic Sonic's game play in Generations and create an entirely new experience when replaying the game. Note that this doesn't mean he was bad in the original game. This mod simply tries to add upon the experience while also making him play a bit more in line with what you would expect from Classic Sonic game play.
The game's mechanics revolve around the usage of the featured Limit gauge in order to turn red items into life meter and bullets into bomb meter by deleting all bullets within the limit range, which grows as your limit level increases.
The gameplay system is based around filling a gauge by gathering star items. When the gauge is full, a border activates, with different effects based on the color of the gauge.

The game features a "Harvest Mode" system where grazing rewards you with harvest items. These harvest items will put you into Harvest Mode after filling up your Harvest Gauge. Touhou fangame developed by Τeam αlternative Σnding and programmed by Kirbio, Gizmo the Dragon, Aka Kyuketsuki, and Lunarethic. This game features 3 stages (and a 4th unlockable stage) instead of the standard 6. The main gameplay mechanic of Glory of Deep Skies is the Elemental Burst system. If the player collects Elemental Orbs of the same attribute as the one they chose at the beginning of the game, an Elemental Gauge is filled up. Once full, the Elemental Gauge can be emptied for a boost with various duration and effects depending on the attribute chosen, and during this time, all items become life and spell pieces.
A Touhou fangame developed by ExPorygon of Ephemeral Entertainment. The gameplay mainly revolves around collecting Balance items to fill a gauge. The gauge has a few effects, such as lowering the Point of Collection line and adding score bonuses for point items but its main use is to activate Discord. Similar to Trance from Ten Desires, Discord drains the meter while it's active and causes a variety of effects including increased player shot power, harder enemy bullet patterns, and automatic bombing when hit.
A Touhou fangame developed by NRT. Unlike the regular Touhou games, White Names Spoiled Past incorporates mystery-solving elements in addition to danmaku. While playing the game normally, the player should pay attention to the story and the dialogue, which contain hints as to the identity of the culprit. The Extra Stage can only be unlocked by correctly answering the order of events and the true culprit. In addition, this game has 3 stages instead of the standard 6, with even more emphasis on replayability.
A Touhou fangame developed by Shijimi Nono, Ido and Raichu, with gameplay similar to the official Touhou games Shoot the Bullet and Double Spoiler. Much like those two, this game also brings back a variety of characters, but here they are from games developed by the Kaisendo circle prior to this game's release: The Last Comer, Mystical Power Plant, Riverbed Soul Saver, and Book of Star Mythology.

Touhou fangame and second game in the Kaisendo series. The main gameplay mechanic of Mystical Power Plant is based around collecting leaf items to fill a gauge, which causes the player to 'level up' and gain various benefits as the game proceeds. The benefits vary depending on what character duo is chosen.
Touhou Project fangame developed by Maceknight and Raichu that originated as a Touhou styled music album, but was eventually made into a game. Gameplay revolves around collecting star items dropped from enemies, where more can be obtained by attacking enemies at close range. Collecting star items increases the Magnitude gauge, which leads to higher point multipliers. Star items do many other things: they factor in gaining resource pieces, they increase the point item value, and gathering enough in a stage will trigger the stage boss's "Last word" spell card.
This game uses the chapter system of Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom, and is also divided into two modes: "Legendary Hero Mode" with infinite lives, and the regular "Legacy Mode". Legendary Hero Mode is different from Pointdevice Mode in that it ignores what chapter you're on; instead, you simply respawn where you died, either at that exact spot or at the bottom of the screen (depending on the setting in the Option menu).
