Gravity Well is a fast paced game of planetary conquest for Windows. It's a strategic war game that's played like an arcade game. The game represents a simple interstellar economy that supports the discovery and conquest of new worlds. The player's role is to scout new planets and establish landing sites for the colonization ships that follow. Once a landing site is established, freighters are dispatched to begin construction of a base and colony complex. However, there are others with the same designs on this sector of space and the player must be prepared to fight for every stinking dirtball.

Each level is completed when you cast a gate spell and go through the gate, but if you spend too much time in a level, the Angels of Mortuum will come after you.

The tiles are then revealed again, and the player can see whether his guess was correct. A successful guess gives 10 points. The game can be played at one of the 10 levels - the higher the level, the faster the tiles move.
There are two game modes: the "Single Level Shuffle", where the player chooses the level he wishes to play on, and has an opportunity to make 20 guesses (correct or not) before the game ends; and the "Progressive Level Shuffle", which is based on the same rules, but the level increases with each successful guess and decreases with each failure.
After each guess, the player can see an instant replay of the tiles re-arranging, but in slow motion and with the tiles r
