    A space-sim/shooter that was developed and released after the demise of its host console, the Atari Jaguar. Very few copies were ever made. BattleSphere's story was based upon an episode in the original Star Trek television series and it plays similarly to Star Raiders. Seven alien races vie against each other - the victor will control the galaxy. They meet in an arena in Sector 51, a spherical sector of space formerly used by the Earth government to secretly test new weapons and starships. Gameplay consists of 5 different play modes with different scenarios and goals. Choose from various starships (each with unique weapons systems) and battle the aliens, who have also chosen their best fighters and have many space ships of their own.

    The Crescent Galaxy has been attacked by an entity known as Odd-it. This creatures goal is to make everything odd, like it. You play Trevor McFur, a corporal in the Crescent Galaxy's chapter of the Interplanetary Defense squad and are sent in along with your feline partner Cutter to defeat Odd-it. The game is a side scrolling shooter featuring a wide variety of worlds and enemies to conquer. Throughout the game you can power your ship with newer and better weapons by shooting certain enemies and collecting the bonuses left behind.

    Designed by Midnight Entertainment Group in 1995, ICD released AirCars in limited numbers. No real box was made (it came shrinkwrapped inside a box insert), but the cartridge included a label and manual, along with a picture of what the overlay might look like. This is an action/battle game in which you must destroy enemy bases while in your Air Car, and it supports up to 8 players using CatBoxes or 2 players using a JagLink. Although better graphics can be found on the Jaguar and control is a bit sluggish, linking 8 players using CatBoxes can be a unique experience. The hard part will be finding those extra CatBoxes and copies of AirCars.

    Impulse X is a Breakout-like game, it's a port of Duranik's Impulse for the Atari Falcon. Use the bat to control a ball to clear 40 play fields full of bricks. Some bricks release Power Ups when destroyed, but beware of the nasty enemies!

    BattleSphere is a 3D space combat simulator for the Atari Jaguar console by 4Play/ScatoLOGIC Inc., released in 2000. Released after the Jaguar's demise, cartridge components and other supplies needed to manufacture the game were scarce, resulting in not enough copies to meet demand. A second edition of the game, with additional features and improvements, was released as BattleSphere Gold in 2002. Although Scatologic will not release sales figures, a few hundred copies are known to have been manufactured.
