Rugrats: Adventures in Gameland

The first new Rugrats console game in over 20 years.

Overview

Rugrats: Adventures in Gameland is a platformer based on the Rugrats animated series license, developed by The MIX Games and Wallride and published by Limited Run Games. It is the first home console game solely based on the license since 2002's Rugrats Royal Ransom, and the first new game in the series overall since 2005's feature phone game Rugrats: Food Fight.

The game is designed as if it were a retro Nintendo Entertainment System title, with a graphics toggle to switch between 8-bit graphics and modern, high-definition sprites. There will also be a limited NES version release based solely on the "retro" graphics, in legitimate cartridge form.
