Fighter Wing is a flight simulator that instead of concentrating on a single type of aircraft, covers a wide array of flyable planes. You get to play in either Nato or soviet sides in a series of scenarios (no campaign mode) that take place over fictional situations (the President goes insane and orders a massive strike, etc.). The sequel to NovaLogic's Comanche is actually two games in one: Werewolf and Comanche 2.0. Both are action-based helicopter sims very similar to the original Comanche. A notable difference is that in some missions you are allowed to land and refill your helicopter with fuel and ammo. The only real difference between the two games is the helicopter you fly: either the RAH-66 Comanche or the Ka-50 Hokum. A320 Airbus Vol. 2 is the second main game in the Airbus series following the first two that were split up based on the territory to cover. This flight simulator improves the original game by more authentic navigation systems, improved flight and control. Also, some improvements in usability in preparing a flight are included. Four new areas are added in Europe: Italy, Spain, Portugal and the Canaries. These four areas add 29 new airports and 200 new radio beacons. The game includes a duty mode starting as a rookie to become a chief pilot. Evaluation is based on various factors such as the runaway landing angle or the conservation of reserve fuel. In the training mode the weather parameters can be set manually, but in duty mode they are selected randomly and need to be taken into account when setting the flight path. You take the role of a lion or lioness and live you life on the plains of Africa, performing duties that real life lions share, such as hunting, raising cubs, and defending your territory. There are several maps to choose from, and many environmental and game play settings are customization, in a sandbox-like fashion. There are no ultimate goals, it is open world and you may do as you please.
