Cipher is a mostly-orange, industrial themed mapset that uses the (now not-so) brand new OTEX texture pack. This wad features highly modern gameplay influenced by mappers such as Ribbiks, Skillsaw, Darkwave0000, Mechadon etc etc etc and runs on Boom format/complevel 9.
A moderately large map featuring a hellish fortification with progressively more difficult fights, especially in the secret areas. It was originally created for Nova III but was decided to release standalone instead.
A megawad compilation of maps made by /vr/ users. Participants were asked to make a map in 300 minutes, with an initial two-week deadline period for submission. There was no particular theme beyond vanilla compatibility / no custom textures.
400 Minutes of /vr/ is a 37-map community megawad for Doom II designed for Boom-compatible source ports by various members of 4chan's retro videogames board, led by MacGuffin and released on the Doomworld forums on May 10, 2022. It is a restriction-based project inspired by the previous 100, 200, and 300 Minutes of /vr/ projects. Mappers were limited to creating maps within 400 minutes of development time, including playtesting. A small number of maps were created in more than 400 minutes, with their creators being allowed extra time for various reasons.
Zones of Fear is a megawad for Doom II and Boom compatible source ports, created by several members of the Czech community from the website Liquid Doom.
Cheogsh 2 is Doom II episode created by Shadowman and Guest that was released on November 19, 2009. A sequel to 2007's Cheogsh, it contains seven maps and requires the GZDoom source port to play. Much like its predecessor, Cheogsh 2 has a gothic theme and is largely set in a series of demonic towns and fortresses, containing many advanced effects and, new graphics and new custom enemies.
This map is the third and final entry in Eternal's 2x2 series, following the previous month's Eclipse and Nightomb. Once again, it features only two textures and two flats used for the entirety of the map, but unlike its predecessors, it is a slaughter map, more in the vein of Eternal's previous maps, Generator of Evil and Belial's Bad Brain.
L'Agonie Finale is a single-level PWAD for Doom II that was released in February 2018. It constitutes the bonus level to wrap up the French 3 heures d'agonie trilogy and is compiled of seven speedmaps designed by prominent contributors to the series: William Huber, Jean Bon (Jambon), Franck Livolant (franckFRAG), Roofi, JC Dorne, Arnaud Florian (Oxyde), and Maxime Bisiaux (Datacore). It uses the music track "Monuments of Treason" by Maxime Tondreau (Psychedelic Eyeball).
