French Meat 2 is a single-player one episode fan add-on for Blood, featuring eight maps which was created between 2013 to November 2019, and is the sequel to the original French Meat (2012). Unlike the original, it features new art assets in the form of a reworked TILES018.ART, including several pieces from Cryptic Passage and new graphics to aid in its tropical island setting. The original episode is also included, with some upgrades, as well as a bonus level in the third episode slot.

It is designed to merge all of the enemies, weapons and environment elements of Monolith Productions' Blood and Doom II, creating a crossover of both game universes. It was developed by Spanish indie studio Bloom Team and released via Mod DB on October 31, 2019.
Hostile Takeover is a 2001 fan add-on for Blood by Dustin "Bloatoid" Twilley, previous creator of Inherit the Earth (1999) and much later Death Wish (2011, 2017-2020). It features a ghost town, underwater base, carnival and island level, among others. Twilley re-issued the pack as a version 1.1 on July 18, 2013.
Inherit the Earth is an earlier add-on by Dustin "Bloatoid" Twilley, later creator of Hostile Takeover (2001, 2013) and much later of Death Wish (2011, 2017-2020), from 1999 that comprises of three episodes, plus a short secret fourth. The batch file was last modified on November 23, 1999.

BloodLines (also spelt Blood Lines or Bloodlines) is a classic add-on project that was hosted by PlanetBlood. The add-on features Caleb interacting with a failed writer named Maximilian "Max" Dunkel, who attempts to commit suicide after never actually writing his much anticipated upcoming book. Before he can do it however, he is approached by a man in the black suit representing "Prospero Publishing", who hands him an eerie typewriter to finish the book. Grateful, Max asks him what he can do to repay him, and the man in the black suite asks him to do "one small thing" for him.
It was one of the first major Blood add-ons to feature new multimedia assets, requiring the, at least temporary, overwriting of existing ones. This technique was later used in add-ons such as Bloody Pulp Fiction. The beta release featured thirteen levels spread over three episodes.
This is a single, medium sized GZDoom underwater themed map. It has custom monsters and REQUIRES free-look; jumping and crouching are optional but supported. It also features some lenghty underwater sections, so it is recommended to play with a custom HUD/Mod that has an oxygen bar. It looks better if you set your light options to either "Dark" or "Doom".
Ascent of Titan is a Doom 2 episode written in one month for NaNoWADMo 2020! It was brought together from scraps from various submissions to community projects that never made it, restyled into a classic techbase-styled episode with a modern spin.
Rage Against the Machine was a fan add-on project to create a commercial quality Blood game; the title is sometimes shortened as Rage or RATM. Episode one was first released on October 31, 2007, before being re-issued as a "New Compact Version" on May 16, 2008, and is currently the only released portion of Rage Against the Machine.
The add-on includes a new soundtrack and is intended to add many new levels that are compatible with single player, BloodBath and cooperative play.
The story is intended to be played out through "live-action" cutscenes shown at the end of the episodes. It was created by Matthew "Daedalus" Kallis (project leader and mapper), Dimebog (musician), and Filip (oBe) Walgraef (artist and animator). As well as a founder of The Postmortem and later Altar of Stone fan sites, Daedalus was the previous creator of the Sin Campaign mini-episode, which partly utilized assets from BloodLines.
