Doom the Way id Did: The Lost Episodes is a 2012 megawad for Ultimate Doom containing six new episodes totalling 53 levels created with maps submitted to Doom the Way id Did which did not make the final cut.
In 2016 it received the Mordeth Award of the 23rd Annual Cacowards and was uploaded to idgames archive.

The Closure (also known as Half-Life 2 Episode 3: The Closure) is a Mod for Half-Life 2, developed and published by SPY Interactive. This Mod acts as an unofficial sequel to Half-Life 2: Episode Two, starting after the death of Eli Vance.
The Mod received negative feedback due to the gameplay and design having very little to do with Half-Life and its extensive use of cutscenes.
