Homebrew port of "Gyruss" for MSX. Way back in 1984, Parker Brothers released the game Gyruss, which was a conversion from the 1983 Konami arcade game by the same name, for the Colecovision. Gyruss is a semi 3D, or tube shooter that resembles games like Feedback and Space Harrier. Now, almost 28 years later, we finally get to play this game on MSX because GDX made a conversion from the Colecovision version. The conversion is based on the Mission Colecovision emulator for MSX and features some nice improvements such as SCC sound by default and improved support for keyboard and joysticks.Tons of Guns

Most of the games Mattel ported were simple shooters that didn’t require much use of the Intellivision’s keypad controller space battle which was renamed space attack on the 2600 is the major exception. Deadly Kiss is an unreleased expansion for Shadow Warrior Classic by Simply Silly Software (Who also made Duke: Nuclear Winter for Duke Nukem 3D). The add-on was to focus on Tensi Yoka (AKA No Wang), the baby sister of Lo Wang and Hung Lo. screenshtos and promotional material would release online in 1998 but nothing would become of it and the company would become inactive in the following years. An version alpha of the game would leak in 2010. Tensi Yoka would later appear in promotional artwork for Shadow Warrior: Classic Redux.Dino Attack

Space Attack is a shoot 'em up that mixes elements from a number of popular arcade games of its time. The player's task is to defend a city which, like in Missile Command, occupies the bottom part of the screen. The city is being attacked by aliens unleashed by a feared warlord who aims to fully destroy it. The aliens attack from above and move around in patterns similar to fixed screen shoot 'em ups like Galaxian. They drop bombs on the buildings on the surface and the player has to shoot them down before they do so. Controlling the spaceship is similar to Asteroids, with a combination of thrust and rotation allowing it to move all over the screen and shoot in any direction. In addition to the regular fire, a super weapon can be used but it's limited to three uses. Another thing to watch out for is the fuel level of the ship. It's necessary to land and refill it before it runs out.
