Banjo-Kazooie: The Hidden Lair is a passion project by Daveyx0 and Oldum77. It shows a possible continuation of the series, with possible events after Banjo-Tooie. It features a new area of the original Grunty's Lair that acts as the main hub, called the Hidden Lair.
The developers at Rare intended to develop a Donkey Kong Country game for the Virtual Boy, but it was cancelled. The development went only as far as simple platforming stage which was made using Donkey Kong Land's graphics and rat enemies from Battletoads.
It was previously misremembered by a developer to be an early version of Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest.

Sonic x Vapor was a promotional advergame released in 2012. It was a collaboration between Sega and Nike to promote Nike's Vapor shoes. The graphics and gameplay are based on those of the original 16-bit Sonic the Hedgehog, though Sonic's sprites have been altered so that he wears the eponymous shoes.
In the game, Sonic runs endlessly through a level. The player must destroy Badniks and collect Rings for points. The player will encounter soccer balls, which can be kicked to destroy Badniks. Speed increases as the game goes on. Losing a life ends the game. After the game ends, the player may post their score on their Facebook or Twitter account.
