The idea of the game is to guide Terry to his house through 12 levels of obstacles and adversaries. You have 2 choices of ammunition to fend off the relentless stream of creatures, your trusty Yo-Yo or stones that you find along the way. Some of the nasties require more than one hit in order to destroy them and some will have to be avoided altogether.
After each round is completed you are placed in a Bonus level before entering the next round. There are some areas in each section which may only be entered if you have found a key. These are found, as are most of the features, by catching them having hit a baddie.

Steg has to look after his family of T'yungunz. To do this he must feed them.
You control Steg by making him slither around the walls. He can go up down and around. He can even stick upside down to a wall.
Steg can also blow bubbles. It is by doing this that he captures the grubs which he needs to feed his family. To catch a grub, Steg must blow a bubble such that it envelopes a grub, The bubble then drifts up and this is when the problems occur.
Kodu Game Lab, originally named Boku, is a programming integrated development environment (IDE) by Microsoft's FUSE Labs. It runs on Xbox 360 and Microsoft Windows. It was released on the Xbox Live Marketplace on June 30, 2009. A Windows version is available to the general public for download from Microsoft's FUSE web portal.
