Darkmere: The Nightmare's Begun is an action-adventure game developed by Zero Hour Software and published by Core Design in 1994.
Viewed isometrically, Darkmere sets you as Ebryn, the son of the former King of Darkmere, a barren cursed land, with the aim of discovering what happened. The area is besieged by problems, including orcs running riot, and racial tension between different species.
It is Zero Hour's only title to date. Core Design went on to publish a less-well received pseudo-sequel to Darkmere in 1994 called Dragonstone, on Amiga and Amiga CD32.
Crystal Dragon follows the same genre and setting as Dungeon Master. It revolves around two adventurers, both controlled by you, in search for a powerful artifact. It is now in the possession of an evil wizard who has lead his minions across the world to find it and slaughtered anyone in his way. Now you must seek out and destroy this wizard in order to prevent him using the true powers of the crystal.

Zeewolf is an arcadesque helicopter combat game in a 3D surrounding, with similar gameplay as the isometric Desert Strike. In exchange, other units serve you as rearming points or help you fighting the enemy. Mission objectives include destroying enemy units, rescuing P.O.W.s and dropping them off at an aircraft carrier, escorting a reconnaissance plane, re-taking a captured base, dropping off a spy and more.
GF2, as it is known to its friends, is one of the most advanced cave-flyers available. Borrowing its name and looks from the original Gravity Force by Kingsoft, which was an advanced Thrust clone, it diverts from its namesake by being a two-player-only game.
GF2 stands out not only because of its clean graphics and sense of humour, but also because of its enormous range of preferences in order to customise the physics variables and capabilities of the players ship so as to make the game perfectly suited to each player. Furthermore, it has a stunning amount of levels on varying themes, more of which could be created with the level editor (available to registered users).
The different levels of GF2 are split up into themes such as Grass Worlds, Lego Worlds, Slime Worlds and Boring Worlds. Each player starts out on his home base with a fully loaded ship. The objective is simply to destroy the player by any means possible, be they to simply shoot him down, bomb him or to ram him into a wall, thereby depleting his
Similarities with the other Mr. Nutz game only go as far as the title and main character, although both are side-scrolling platform games. Mr. Nutz the squirrel is holidaying on Peanut Planet when he's called into action to save the local people from a race of chickens. Nutz can fly, swim and dive through the planet on his quest. The level layouts include tunnels and warp zones. Bonus items and additional weapons including bombs are available along the way.
Overkill is 2D side-scrolling shooter, similar to Defender or Strike Force . The story is typical for sci-fi games - action takes place in 2690 A.D, the player is leader of the elite fighter corps and tries to end conflict between two big fractions. The player's ship can be freely moved on the screen (and screen can be moved in the left and right - just like in Defender). He shoots enemies, collect power-ups and rescue civilians. After a successful mission, he can choose next planet.

Lionheart is a platform game for the Amiga developed and self-published by German video game developer Thalion Software in 1993. Using a fantasy motif, the game takes place in the land of the Cat People, a race of feline humanoids, who are threatened by the evil Norka. The six characters under your control in this visually exotic RPG have been genetically engineered so as to be resistant to a virus which has been spread by an evil being in the futuristic land of Perihelion. The character races include Bionecrons, Symbions and various cross-breeds.
The gameplay is controlled from a set of initial icons, with each character's vital statistics accessible from this screen as well as inventory, combat and travel options. Large distances can be traversed simply by issuing directions and letting the characters follow them. The cities have very detailed buildings, but there is little variety between them. Combat is a regular feature of the game, although its occurance is always planned and controlled.
The first instalment in the Skidmarks series is a slightly-from-above racer for one or two players in the vein of Super Sprint. There are four different cars to choose from: a rally sports car, a high-wheeled muscle car, a monster truck and a buggy. There are two sets of six tracks each, each track measuring roughly three by two screens in size. Apart from the usual simultaneous two-player option, where both play on the same computer, there is a (null) modem link option, allowing four players to compete at the same time. Additionally, messages can be sent via the serial line, so as to taunt the opposing team. Depending on the available memory, there are either one, two or four kinds of cars partaking in the race.
