This patch is geared towards fixing bugs and patching up script inconsistencies or censorship. The aim is to preserve the original translation while generally improving the game as a whole.
Mario's Mystery Meat is a Super Mario World ROM hack created by Eminus dedicated to all of Vinny's Vinesauce streams and the in-jokes that have resulted from them. The fangame features Sponge, a "Mario Brother" as the main protagonist, who has to find meat for Mario and Luigi.
The game features new audio, abilities, and more.
Songs for a Hero is a Super Mario World ROM hack inspired by the original game by Castro Brothers and Dumativa, with the story of a Hero in search of saving the Princess from the dangers that surround them. There are 25 exits, with bosses, graphics and custom music, with a retry system.
Super Moo World is a beginner kaizo romhack for every player to enjoy.
In this game you will see that there are multiple ways to play:
*For beginners, there is a Helper Block Switch in the tutorial located in the Moo Barn to make the game easier. (Disclaimer: You will not be able to go to Special World with Helper Blocks activated.)
*For Any%, you will get to choose your path as you make your way through the worlds.
*For 100%, both paths will be completed and you get to discover a very Special World. Special World is comprised of three levels with custom physics in which the levels are designed around.
*For the more advanced player, you have the extra challenge of collecting moons from 12 levels (except switch palaces and credits). These 12 moons are placed with strategic difficulty in mind.
This hack features:
- 5 Worlds to explore
- 16 Thematic levels with instant retry (includes credits, excludes switch palaces)
- Custom Music to put you in the mood
An intermediate Kaizo Rom Hack of Super Mario World.
The Hack Features :
- Kind of Vanilla Levels Design
- Fast Retry System
- No Overworld
- No Wall Jump
- No Rope Glitch
- No Double Switch Hit
- Custom Sprites
- Custom Musics
The gameplay is fun and simple, but varied.
There are 3 worlds: standard, platforming, and kaizo. Players can choose which worlds they want to play. Also there are optional secret levels: cape, water, motor skills, and more. These levels don't unlock more levels, and they aren't necessary to see the credits. Also, there are many fast strats built into the levels to reward continued play.
So why faster? Because you should.
Just like its predecessor, this is a speedrun/race hack but much more ambitious.
Defeat 5 main bosses in 5 distinct areas then head to the final boss as fast as possible.
Each area can be completed in one run and in any order (no need to go back and forth between areas to progress).
Once the main boss is defeated, you must rush to the next area.
You don't have any time to spare as you usually do in most exploration oriented hacks as you instantly die when the timer reaches zero.
If you exit an area before beating the main boss, you're doing it wrong.
In case you're confused, look at the map - all area maps are available from the start.
The game is designed for veterans in mind and a few techniques may be required depending on your current equipment (mid-air morphing, crouch jumping, double bomb jumping, etc.) - nothing on TAS level rest assured.
Areas feature varying degree of difficulty, if you keep dying or make slow progress, maybe start over with another area first - some ar

Final Fantasy VI: Revised Old Style Edition is a thorough and nostalgic revision of the text and presentation of Final Fantasy VI.
The purpose of the hack is to refine FF6’s surface-level elements according to the standard set by the PS1-era FF titles (e.g. FF Origins), while preserving the scope and difficulty of the game as Square designed it. This is a classic improvement-type hack intended for newcomers and veterans alike.
The dialog script has been revised based on multiple translation efforts, both official (SNES/Woolsey, GBA/Slattery) and unofficial (kWhazit, Tomato, Lina Darkstar, et al.). It aims to combine the completeness and accuracy of the GBA with the energy and pacing of the SNES, sans censorship. Much of the official English text is retained in the updated script, particularly where the SNES and GBA agree closely with one another. When unofficial sources are used, the wording is adapted as necessary to maintain cohesion with the overall script.
