Hyper Pro Yakyū '92 follows the traditional rules of baseball. The player can choose to play as one of Japan's professional baseball teams. Following that, the player has the option to play in the small or big baseball field. During the gameplay, the player will play the role of the batter to try and strike the ball thrown by the pitcher. If the ball is successfully hit, the player must control the batter to do a full run around the field square.
Eternal Legend: Eien no Densetsu is a Japan-exclusive Game Gear role-playing video game. While the "Eternal Legend" name was used in both game packaging and advertising materials, the subtitle "Eien no Densetsu" was only used to advertise the game for the Japanese market.
Kinetic Connection is a Sega Game Gear puzzle game released only in Japan. It appears to be part of a series of games by Sadato Taneda but the relationship is unknown. In the game, you must reconstruct a scrambled video loop by swapping and rotating tiles.
The game has numerous cameos from Opa-Opa of Fantasy Zone fame.
Madou Monogatari I: 3tsu no Madoukyuu is a role-playing game for the Sega Game Gear released as part of Compile's Madou Monogatari series, specifically in the first "1-2-3" entry. A different version of this game was released on the Mega Drive Madou Monogatari I.
Megami Tensei Gaiden: Last Bible Special is an RPG for the Sega Game Gear.
Special is the only entry in the series to feature 3D dungeon exploration mechanics similar to Wizardry and Etrian Odyssey. Outside of spell and item names, as well as some party mechanics, it has very little in common with other titles in the series.
