The story is similar to the original Ape Escape in that it has you playing as Spike as he tries to stop Specter and his army of apes, but it does take place after the first game. In each level, you’re tasked with capturing most of the apes with your net before you can advance. You also have other gadgets, such as the stun club, radar, and slingshot that can be used to track the apes and stun them for easier capture. As you explore each level, you can find healing items, items that grant additional lives, and enemies that can only be defeated and not captured. Some levels also have doors that lead back to hidden areas in previous levels if you can find the key to unlock them. There are 121 apes in total to catch across five different worlds and in-game achievements can also be unlocked based on the player’s accomplishments.

Mega Tower Assault is a tower defence game similar to Desktop Tower Defense or Fieldrunners. As with other games of its kind, the idea is to prevent wave after wave of enemy troops to get to the player's command center. This is done by building stationary turrets that automatically shoot at the enemies that come within their range. At the start of the game the player has a small sum of cash that can be spent on different turrets such as chain guns, missiles and flame throwers. By destroying enemy troops and surviving waves the player gets more money that can be used for building new turrets or upgrade old turrets. The game consists of four different scenarios (beach, snow, platform and lava) each with three levels. A level consists of 20 or more enemy waves and once completed the next is unlocked. While the first scenario (beach) is straightforward tower defending the later scenarios adds additional level features that lead to further tactical considerations for the player. Kingdom Hearts brings back the gameplay elements featured in the original Kingdom Hearts, though it was developed exclusively for V Cast, Verizon Wireless's broadband services. Sora moves similar to a tank, with one button on the control pad moving him forward, another moving him backwards, and two more turning him left or right. Even with these new controls, Sora can still perform a number of moves aside from running and jumping. He can climb trees and ladders, grasp the edges of platforms and pull himself up, lift and throw objects, and use the Keyblade to slide down zip lines. Sora can still use the Keyblade and also magic, the first spell he learns being Blizzard, to fight like in Kingdom Hearts. Munny and Experience are still earned by defeating Heartless. As opposed to Kingdom Hearts, however, Kingdom Hearts introduced "assistant characters," such as the Caterpillar and Swordman Parrot, as opposed to guest party members.
