    Sport
    PlayStation 2
Volleyball Xciting is a very arcade-like and light volleyball experience for those not looking for that ultra realistic feeling many sports games try to achieve. It features an all girl cast of cell-shaded manga girls, starting out with 8 teams but more are added as you unlock them along with more courts to play at as you progress through the game. The game contains several modes of playing, such as World Exhibition and Beach Volleyball, and you can play as many as 4 people at the same time with the aid of a multi-tap. You never have to move the players around the court yourself as they do it themselves, and you just have to time the shots with the corresponding button to make them whack the ball across the net.

    Sport
    PC (Microsoft Windows)
PlayMaker Football unites three distinct modules into one game program. First, there is the Team Draft to "build" the team you need to best run your styles of offense and defense. Each player on the 30-man active roster (15 offense and 15 defense) has five ability categories: Speed, Strength, Agility, Intelligence, and Discipline. Each player can have up to 100 points assigned to each of the five categories. Next there is the Chalkboard Editor. Here you will build your playbooks, designing offensive, defensive, and special teams plays. Each playbook can have hundreds of plays, allowing you to prepare for any contingency. You can also try out each play on the Practice Field option so you can check the timing on pass plays, blocking schemes, coverage assignments, pass routes, and blitz angles. Finally, its time to play some football! You can let the computer call your game plan for you (based upon detailed Artificial Intelligence settings that you build into the playbook), or you can take charge and manually make a

Updates in this version attempt to correct the "arcadish" feel the previous had with a much bigger emphasis on team management and coaching. You can buy entire teams, make any trades, set salary caps, manage rosters and injuries, etc. The statistical side of the game is spruced up, with more realistic scores, and an additional play-designer added to the editable features, which allows you to store up to 1,300 plays, to which you can even add audible calls. On the gameplay side of things new features include an automatic pass reception which allows you to basically concentrate on using the quarterback. Also available is two player cooperative or vs gameplay modes, and new, clearer graphics, animations and sounds.

The Australian version had more enhancements than the American one and, instead of being released at retailers, came packed in with the -e-Reader unit, meaning everyone who purchased an e-Reader in Australia also got the Air Hockey-e video game. Air Hockey-e only contained one card. Air-Hockey-e is a simple game of Air Hockey. You'll control the paddle at the bottom of the table, while the computer will control the paddle at the top. There is a line in the middle that divides the two players' sides, and each player can move their paddle anywhere except over the line. The player can execute a power shot using the A button that will cause their paddle to move faster, thus hitting the puck harder. The first player to acquire ten points will win the game.
