DX-Ball 2 is a brick buster game for Microsoft Windows, developed by Longbow Games. As a follow up to DX-Ball by Michael P. Welch, the sequel is foremost remarked by the introduction of its 16-bit high-colour engine, presenting textured bricks and background graphics in vivid colours. The game also features two new Power-Ups, an easy to play "Kid-Mode", and a hotseat multiplayer mode, alongside an original soundtrack by SideWinder. DX-Ball 2 also introduces the feature of board-set selection, allowing the player to select between different sets of boards to play. The free demo thereby comes packed with a total of 24 boards divided into 6 board-sets of 4 boards search. Additional board packs can then be installed for more boards, whereas Board Pack 1 will expand the demo board-sets to 25 boards each, for a total of 150 boards. While a total of five board packs were released for the game, DX-Ball 2 was eventually succeeded by Rival Ball in 2001. A 20th Anniversary edition was announced on August 23rd, 2018 and was re
Based on the timeless arcade game, Frogger Returns delivers the addictive dodge-and-run gameplay fans know and love for a new generation. Players are thrown back into the hustle and bustle of city life to guide their amphibious friend, Frogger, from the city back to his home marsh. Frogger Returns stays true to the classic arcade gameplay style, but is enhanced with improved graphics, a new camera angle, and new levels. Streets, sewers, subways, and numerous other obstacles and enemies are in play - all for the sake of keeping Frogger away from returning home! But Frogger isn't surrounded by just hurdles -- new power-ups including time reverse, invincibility and time freeze also aid Frogger in his travels.
Released way back in 2004 and developed by Skunk Games, this Frogger clone expands upon the formula and makes it stand out from the inspiration by throwing in absurd, cartoon art style reminiscent of early 2000's Cartoon Network shows, a catchy music, bonus levels and power ups. And raccoons. Five raccoons. All with their own personalities and voices.
Players move their tanks through a maze on screen, avoiding mines and shooting each other. The tanks are controlled by two joysticks in a dual configuration. Pushing both joysticks will move the player's tank forward, and pulling them both back causes the tank to stop. Moving the right joystick forward while pulling the left joystick back will cause the tank to turn right, while reversing the motion will cause the tank to turn left. The players are represented by one black and one white tank sprite, and mines are denoted by an "X". Points are scored by shooting the opponent or when a player runs over a mine; the player with the highest score at the end of the time limit wins the game.
Tank was also one of very few games to be ported onto 1st generation consoles, usually under the title "Tank Battle".
Lady Bug is an insect-themed maze chase arcade game produced by Universal Entertainment Corporation and released in 1981. Its gameplay is similar to Pac-Man, with the primary addition to the formula being gates that change the layout of the maze when used. The arcade original was relatively obscure, but the game found wider recognition and success as a launch title for the ColecoVision console.

Baby Eater was created to be an 8-bit style arcade game from the 1980s.
The premise is you play a vampire who has the same nightmare every night - babies fall to their deaths to feed the Vampire Queen - Saphron. Your job is to save them all, by running back and forth across the screen to catch the babies.
Gameplay elements:
In addition to catching the babies, several levels have unique hazards and rules that change the demands of play, such as: a mist that deals damage during animated frames, a level which inverts control and flips perspective, a level with a low ceiling (forcing you to pay attention to audio cues and shadows), etc...
There are 3 power-ups and 3 power-downs, in addition to a rock that can damage you and destroy the basket, all of which change how you approach which baby to save and when.
You have one action button which allows you to put your cloak on and take it off.
8-Bit Features:
Pixel count, Colors on Screen, Frame Rate, Music and Sound emulation follow optimized/averaged 8-bit rules/restric
