It was originally released on October 14, 2019, with several patches swiftly following, and uploaded on the /idgames archive on December 30 that year. The megawad is famous for its realistic, exceptionally detailed and large maps set in Earthly locales, as well as the non-linear gameplay found in many of its maps.
