Originally conceived for the 2008 TIGSource.com 'Bootleg Demake' competition, Gang Garrison 2 is a free multiplayer 'demake' of Valve's Team Fortress 2. Gang Garrison 2 presents the player with 9 unique classes to use in frenetic, cooperative multiplayer action in a stylish and unique 8-bit style.
Set in 2161, global warming has caused the U.S. to split into two. Fracture tells the story of Jet Brody, a soldier for the Atlantic Alliance (the former East Coast), as he fights the Republic of Pacifica (the former West Coast) led by former Alliance General Sheridan.
Unlike the other Space Impact games, Meteor Shield does not have a 2d shoot 'em up mode. Instead this game uses a first person view and has a stationary ship/turret that is used to shoot down meteors. The game uses the Nokias built in compass to spin around and you tap the touch screen to shoot when the game locks on to a target.
The game was released on the 5th edition of the Symbian platform for Nokia smartphones.
Diet 32in24 is a special edition of the 32in24 series, which took place on 21 October, 2007, shortly after the fifth session. It is called Diet 32in24 as it actually only features 16 maps, which are designed for single player. Development of this WAD took the same approach as 32in24-5, with mappers creating their entire layout (plus thing placement) within 24 hours, and then the maps would be passed on to a second mapper who would detail the maps using a texture WAD compiled by Sarah Mancuso (esselfortium). Each map also contains at least two billboards, which feature humorous adverts that mostly relate to Doom and its community, or other games of the era. In total, the WAD contains 37 billboards.
PsychoPhobia is a new Doom2 campaign for GZDoom and Skulltag.
This total conversion features new weapons, new monsters, new textures, new music, new sounds, new decorates, new HUD, new maps, new episodes, and much more.
The modification is separated in 18 maps, with two secret levels and two episodes.
- Episode 1: "Rise of a Psycho" (8 maps) (location: Earth future)
- Episode 2: "The Dark Age" (8 maps) (location: Earth in medieval times)
- ZBloodpack
- The Pit

32 Inch Nails is a seven-map PWAD for Doom II and limit-removing ports created by Alexander S. (Eternal), released on September 28, 2008. It split off the Grid 32 community project and is built in a similar fashion, as the maps were created with a 32x32 grid in the map editor for all linedefs and vertexes, giving them a rather unique look, although this does not extend to thing placement.
The Flashback Map Pack is the first downloadable content pack (DLC) for the 2008 game Gears of War 2. It came bundled with all new copies of Gears of War 2 at launch. It later became available for purchase for 400 Microsoft points. The third and final way to have it is to own the Gears of War Triple Pack (which includes the original Gears of War and Gears of War 2 + GoW2 DLC).
Flashback offers five tweaked multiplayer maps from the original Gears of War: Canals, Gridlock, Mansion, Subway, and Tyro Station; each of which was compatible with Horde mode.
Crysis Wars is an independent multiplayer game developed by Crytek, and comes with Crysis Warhead. It serves to enhance the multiplayer experience of the original Crysis, with the participation of players. Crysis Wars has all the multiplayer maps and game modes that Crysis has and includes many more.
This mod started from a chat session about learning to map and ways of improving.
The idea is to allow maps that are not normally released to be part of something bigger and that keeps growing.
It was original conceived for Half-Life 2 / Orange Box but could easily be extended to other single player games.
In retrospect it is clear that HoloReality was influenced by a Half-Life mod called Project Quantum Leap and Portal, although at the time of concept it didn’t seem that way.
