Aliens: Alien 2 is an arcade platformer (or run'n'gun if you like) featuring Ripley on a planet infested with aliens. Armed with only a basic gun at first, she faces facehuggers that come out of alien eggs. After having dispatched a face hugger, the egg may be shot to reveal an item. Items may be hand grenades, stronger guns or wing items which make her jump longer.
The game was scheduled for release in 1987, but was canceled. The prototype was leaked onto the internet in 2009.
It is a slash 'em up 1 or 2 player game in which you play one of 3 princes, each out to defeat his brothers and gain control of the castle. You can see the 2 players simultaneously side by side.
You navigate to the different rooms by selecting the windows on the scrolling castle display on the bottom of the screen. These windows are color coded to whichever prince controls that particular room. The rooms are displayed as a view from the window showing exits left, right and forward (which can move you up or down).
The Aim of the game is to destroy the enemy's star ships by blowing up the nuclear reactors using the bombs scattered on the surface of the ships. For placing the bomb you must decode 3 locks by pressing fire when the "LOG ON" side is lit. If you make a mistake the star ship will detect your meddling and destroy you.

The aim of the game is to start on the top level of the dungeon and defeat each warlock that you encounter. Each warlock is guarded by groups of evil creatures - You earn extra points for destroying these creatures, but they do not affect the main course of the game. Some of the rooms in the dungeon contain tomb-like weapon generators which create vicious weapons such as spinning knives. Destruction of the weapons earns you noth
