Oh, hi kids! I'm so excited about my new invention - the Gametron 5000 Moneymaker. It pays you money for playing video games - the more you play, the more you make. The first game is... let's see... Robin Hoek of Logwood Forest, where Robin robs from the rich, gives to the poor, and rescues the bea-u-ti-ful Maid Moron from atop yon castle... The next game is Out West, where Three-Fingered Hoek and his faithful sidesaddle, Stimpy the Kid (that's me!) make their way through a dangerous frontier town to find Mr. Horse and... uh... borrow him. And that's not it - heavens, no! The final game is Space Madness. Oh my, Space Commander Hoek has come down with Space Madness, and his spaceship is going to smash into the Earth! Luckily brave Space Cadet Stimpy (that's me again!) is there to save the whole planet! Oh Reeennnn... are you ready to make oodles of money? Money? Don't just stand there, man! Let's get playing!

The Lawnmower Man is the game based on the 1992 movie of the same name (itself loosely based on a Stephen King short story) starring pre-Bond fame Pierce Brosnan as Dr. Lawrence Angelo, a scientist working for Virtual Space Industries in "Project 5", a secret research that attempts to increase the intelligence of primates using psychotropic drugs and VR training.
The twists of the game are true-3D level connectors, based on the CG sequences of the movie, usually all involving avoiding obstacles (and the occasional shooting) at high speed in the VR world. There are four different (Virtual World, Cyber War, Cyber Run and Cyber Tube), each taking a slightly different approach (Virtual World is seen in first person, the objective being dodging obstacles such as trees and archs and reach the exit, Cyber War similar to Virtual World but with some shooting stops, Cyber Run is seen in third person and requires occasional shooting of obstacles, while Cyber Tube is a fast travel with plenty of enemies in a VR tunnel).
Space aliens are infiltrating the U.S. from a sleepy little town on the Texas/Mexico border, snatching bodies and paving the way for a greater invasion. Those they abduct return as Pod People-like drones, normal in appearance until they reveal themselves. The government's response is you - a technician driving custom-built gun cameras mounted around the town. Similar to Night Trap or Double Switch, you must monitor the town for alien activity, and respond to protect the lives of the citizens and your agents.

The characters, created by Steve Purcell, originally debuted in a 1987 comic book series. It is a period of civil war. Rebel starships, striking from a hidden base, have won their first victory against the evil Galactic Empire; which, under the command of Darth Vader, rules the galaxy with an iron fist. The Empire, however, is far from defeated, and many young pilots have joined the Rebels in the hopes of restoring freedom to the galaxy.
Rebel Assault was one of the first CD-ROM games and the first Star Wars game with the full original motion video. It's a side story of a young pilot in the rebel army. He came from Tatooine but he is just a regular pilot. The game takes you to some key battles, like taking down a star destroyer, raiding an Imperial base or destroying the Death Star

Magicoal is a "pseudo-RPG", i.e. an action-adventure with some minor RPG elements (money, items, etc.), but without an experience system of any kind. It can be played in two-player cooperative mode, controlling Rhun and Melvy, or as a single-player game, choosing one of them and letting the computer AI control the other. The player(s) can switch between the two at any time.

Galaxy Deka Gayvan is a brawler. Players can choose to control either of the two heroes, or both of them in a co-op mode. Like in other beat-em-up games, the player must defeat all the enemies on screen in hand-to-hand combat before being able to proceed. Both Hiro and Michiko can accumulate special energy (dropped by the enemies along with health power-ups and money) that allows them to transfer into the superheroes Gayvan and Mittchi and stay in that form until they run out of energy. The superhero forms are stronger and are able to execute special attacks.
In addition, a two-player versus fighting mode is included. Players can choose either the protagonists or three enemy characters to compete against each other in one-on-one fighting.
The Japanese animation "Armored Trooper Votoms", released in 1983, was the brainchild of N.Shioyama (Ronin Warriors) and R. Takahashi (Gasaraki). Together they created one of the most beloved (in Japan) shows in the history of Japanese Animation. The series was later released (1996) in the US by Central Park Media. The series spanned 19 videocassettes, and quickly developed a small, but devoted fan following. Its 80's style animation turned off a lot of would-be fans, but those willing to endure the animation were rewarded with one of the best storylines (and also some really cool mecha designs) available in the genre. The series was so popular in Japan that games, toys, and models are to this day being made.
"Armored Trooper Votoms: The Battling Road" is, the first Votoms game created, and is an incredible game. Utilizing the DSP chip (A chip implemented into no more than 15 Super Nintendo/Famicom cartridges) to create a Pseudo-3D environment, this game looks absolutely wonderful for its time.
