    The Legend of Silkroad is a 2D side-scrolling beat 'em-up game that puts players in the shoes of either the heroes Munmoo from Korea, Sochun from China or Jamuka from Mongolia. The adventure leads you along the Silkroad, with a total of twenty-five different enemies. Each character has five attack skills and twenty different magical attacks. Along the way items can be found that replenish health as well as magic stones for different magic attacks. The game has nine regular stages and four hidden stages. It can be played solo or with a friend.

    Dark Edge is a 1992 fighting game by Sega for the Sega System 32. It uses sprite scaling to simulate a 3D playfield, meaning it predates Virtua Fighter as a 3D fighter by about a year (though the 3D in Virtua Fighter isn't simulated, but rather true rendered 3D graphics). You can play as either warriors or monsters, but otherwise this is a typical fighting game with a dedicated jump button (as Up moves back). Although the title screen reads "1992", the arcade game was first sold in early 1993.

    After a long journey over the seas, Ninja Hamster has come home to find his village being terrorised by a gang lead by Sinister Rat and The Lizard of Death. In this beat-em-up you must fight six members of the gang as well as the two leaders, one by one to save your village. The game is viewed from the side with the whole level shown on the screen. With a joystick or keyboard you use the fire button and a direction of the joystick/keyboard to pull off various kicks to hurt your opponent. Each fighter has a energy bar and an apple and when either is hit then their bar decreases but the bar will keep increasing when not hit. Once the bar is empty then the losing fighter is knocked down and part of his apple is removed. The winner of the fight is the fighter who removes the whole of his opponents apple. If you win then you move on to the next fighter. There is a two player option where the two players fight each other but both have two apples.
