    PC-9800 Series DOS
FlixMix is a jigsaw puzzle game featuring a variety of animated images to reassemble. But there is a catch: the jigsaw puzzle is an animated picture, so each piece is not a static part of a picture but a small part of a large animation you have to assemble. You can set a number of options such as the number of pieces and whether the animation randomly plays back and forth or just in one direction. There are also four different modes of play for single or multi player, in this case more like party play. The animations vary from optical illusions to simple CG. The object of the game is to place all the rectangular pieces into the correct positions. Puzzle pieces can be varied in size to as few as 2x2 to over 10x10, depending on the puzzle. Additional options to increase difficulty include mirrored or flipped pieces, locking correctly placed pieces, blanking placed pieces after a time delay, and occasionally playing the video clip in reverse. There are four game modes in FlixMix. In Single Mingle, the player has unl

The Game Boy port of "Tetris 2". Everyone's favorite block-blasting puzzler returns in TETRIS 2 for the Game Boy. Now youll have to pay attention to the color of the shapes as well as where you put them! Your primary goal in TETRIS 2 is to clear out the play area of the different colored flashing "bomb" blocks. The game includes three different gameplay modes: Normal mode has you clearing out each stage with a never-ending supply of blocks; in Puzzle mode, youre challenged to clear out the stage with a specific number of blocks; and theres also a Head-to-Head mode, where you can play against a human or computer opponent in a battle to the finish.

When the gauge reaches below a certain point (as indicated by purple arrow), the background image changes, with time gauge drains in slower rate, until the image is changed back to normal.

Not released in Western countries, Take the A-Train IV is the fourth game in the Japanese-made A-Train series, directly following its most popular installment, known in the Western world as simply A-Train. The game plays very similarly to its predecessor, including the interface, the core gameplay system (managing a company, purchasing trains, building railways, influencing city growth, transporting goods, etc.), and characteristic features such as a day/night system, weather effects, season changes, etc., all of which influence the player's chances to earn money from his networks. A new feature is the possibility to build roads, acquire buses, and plan bus routes. The game offers four different scenarios: a medium-sized metropolitan area, an industrial area, a rural area, and a huge high-tech urban area. Each poses different challenges to the player.
